Health and nutrition are very important to stimulate mental activity and to maintain productivity. A healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition can help an employee feel better, look better and perform at peak capacity. It really makes good business sense for your company to promote healthy habits and encourage employees to get them right.

This is a 1-day course that incorporates a health assessment for participants that covers a number of straightforward health checks. This is followed by an intensive and enjoyable afternoon session that focuses on the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy eating and how they contribute to a better quality of life. Participants will learn how to examine their current lifestyle and identify areas of change through a self-examination process. We will help participants clarify how to achieve a balanced diet, how to eat for energy, understanding food labels and choosing appropriate nutritional supplements.

We will make participants aware of how to manage their habits in the workplace, particularly during busy or stressful times, so that they don’t fall into the trap of cutting corners to save time, or worse still skipping meals and breaks completely.
